Is it fair that Offensive players can stiff arm defenders in the head but defensive players can't?

What do you guys think? There is a picture of Randy Moss pretty much shoving a defenders facemask back into his face on espn.com.

Shouldn't it work both ways?

ive thought the same thing myself, rb's can pretty much grab the helmet and facemask it seems.

As long as the offensive player doesnt GRAB the facemask, then its not illegal.

ironman_8 - I understand the rule but I think neither offense or defense should be able to touch the face mask.
